***Please note: If the location you choose in NJ for your ceremony is further than 1 hour from Newark, there will be an additional $50 travel fee added to the balance. If the location is outside of NJ, please have a consultation with me prior to booking to discuss your travel fee.

Quick Marriage License Signings

• Your remaining balance is due when I arrive, before I begin your ceremony. It can be paid in cash or via Zelle.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to begin your ceremony once I arrive, there will be an additional $25 late fee added to your balance. Please understand that your tardiness can cause me to be late for another couple, which is unfair to them and myself.

• If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled booking, your deposit will NOT be refunded. I do understand that unexpected events may happen, but we must be courteous and consider that your time slot could have been available for someone else to book. I am also arranging my schedule to be available for you.

• If you Reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled booking, there will be an additional $25 short notice fee added to your remaining balance. Otherwise, you are free to reschedule your ceremony date, if it is available, without any affect to your deposit.

• Please explain to your 2 witnesses, that the papers they will be signing CANNOT have ANY mistakes whatsoever. No scribbles, line throughs, cross outs, fixing of letters/numbers, nothing. Their handwriting must also be legible. If the city sees any flaws on the paperwork when it is returned, they will say it’s no good and we have to meet again to do it over. At this point, we would need to reschedule a meeting date to sign the papers all over again and I will charge a $75 fee for this (if you are local). I will explain this again when I’m present, but Please give your witnesses a heads up.

Wedding Or Ceremony Bookings

• Your remaining balance is due by the day before your scheduled booking. It can be paid via Zelle.

• The time slot you will be booking, is the time you expect your ceremony to begin. I understand that some weddings and/or ceremonies can be very tedious. Please do your best to be able to complete your ceremony within the timeframe allotted. If you are more than 30 minutes late to begin your ceremony, there will be an additional $50 late fee. I will already be arriving early. Please understand that your tardiness can cause me to be late for another couple, which is unfair to them and myself.

• If you cancel your ceremony BEFORE our planning session, then your deposit will get refunded. If you cancel your ceremony AFTER our planning session, the deposit will NOT be refunded.

• If you are rescheduling the ceremony WITHIN 1 Week of the date you booked, there will be an additional $50 fee added to your balance for last minute rescheduling. Otherwise, you are free to reschedule your ceremony date, if it is available, without any affect to your deposit.

• If you will be having your marriage license paperwork signed, please read the last bullet of the above section for license signings.
